- 2 1/4 c. seasoned croutons
- 1 1/2 lb. sausage, fried
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Spread croutons in 9 x 13-inch lightly greased pan.

2Cook sausage and cover croutons with it.

3Mix eggs, milk, soup, mushrooms and mustard together and pour over croutons and sausage. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

4Remove; let stand 30 minutes before putting in oven.

5Bake at 325° for 50 to 55 minutes, uncovered.

6Add cheese and cook 5 more minutes.
