Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 7 oz. can crescent rolls
- 2 c. shredded Monterey, Cheddar, or Mozzarella cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Crumble sausage, cook and drain.

2Line bottom of greased 9x 13-inch pan with crescent rolls, firmly pressing perforations to seal.

3Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.

4Combine milk, eggs, salt and pepper.

5Pour over sausage and cheese.

6Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

7Serve hot.

8This can be assembled the night before in pan and refrigerated, then baked the next morning for a quick and easy breakfast (just serve with juice and coffee.)

9Great for when you have company.

10You may use just one kind of cheese, or experiment with combining all three kinds.
