- 4 c. croutons, seasoned
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. onion salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled (you can also use sausage)
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Put croutons in bottom of pan with cheese next.

3Mix rest of ingredients, except bacon or sausage. Pour over top.

4Put foil over top and let stand overnight in refrigerator.

5Next morning, put bacon or sausage over top. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 325°.

6Serves 4 to 6.
