- 150 grams Glutinous Rice Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 60 ml Hot Water
- 60 ml Coconut Cream
- 15 grams Sugar
- 1 Food Coloring and Flavoring
- 1 Red Bean or Lotus Paste
Directions

1Prepare your steamer.

2Make sure the water is boiling.

3Put kitchen cloth on the steamer before close the lid so the steam-water will not drop on the mooncakes.

4Mix glutinous rice flour with salt.

5Add hot water and stir using spoon until crumble

6Add sugar and coconut cream.

7Knead by hand until clay like dough formed.

8Divide and knead in food coloring and flavoring.

9Depends on your mooncake mold, weight your skin and filling 1:1.

10For example mine is 50gr.

11So 25gr skin dough and 25gr filling paste.

12Shape the paste filling into balls.

13Wrap the skin around the filling.

14Dust with glutinous rice flour and mold it.

15Place on the oiled cupcake liner and steam for 8 to 10 minutes.

16Enjoy your mooncake after chill down in the same day.
