- 2 lb. pork sausage, bulk or cut-up link
- 2 1/2 c. herbed croutons
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- 3 c. milk, divided
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Brown and drain sausage; reserve.

2In 9 x 12-inch pan, place croutons; top with Cheddar cheese.

3Layer sausage evenly on top. Blend eggs, onion, peppers, mushrooms and 2 1/2 cups milk.

4Pour over sausage and refrigerate overnight.
