- 2 1/2 c. herb croutons
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. mild bulk sausage
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk (reserve 1/2 c.)
- 3/4 tsp. dried mustard
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup (can use cream of chicken)
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain.

2Spread the sausage on the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

3Sprinkle the croutons evenly on top. Beat eggs, 2 cups milk and mustard together. Pour over sausage. Add 1/4 to 1/2 of the reserved milk to the soup. Pour over mix. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
