- 8 slices white bread, broken into pieces
- 1 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
- 3 c. cheese, shredded (sharp)
- 2 3/4 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 5 eggs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Place bread in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole.

2Shred cheese and place on top of bread. Sprinkle sausage over cheese. Mix 2 1/4 cups milk, mustard and eggs together and pour over casserole. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.

3Mix the soup with 1/2 cup milk and pour over casserole. Cook 1 1/2 hours at 300°.
