- 1 lb. loose sausage (mild) or 1 lb. bacon
- 1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 6 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain or cook bacon until crisp and crumble. Mix all ingredients together.

2Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan or dish.

3Make this the night before serving and refrigerate. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
