Ingredients

  • 1 lb. loose sausage (mild) or 1 lb. bacon
  • 1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk
  • 6 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Brown sausage and drain or cook bacon until crisp and crumble. Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan or dish.

    Make this the night before serving and refrigerate. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
