- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- buttered bread (crust removed)
- 10 eggs or egg substitute to equal 10 eggs
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 4 oz. can green chillies, undrained
- 12 to 16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook sausage; crumble and drain well.

2Line a 9 x 13-inch glass casserole dish with buttered bread, buttered side down. Layer sausage over bread.

3In blender, beat 10 eggs and 1/2 cup sour cream.

4Pour over sausage and bread.

5In blender chop green chillies.

6Pour over eggs (or spoon).

7Top with Cheddar cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in refrigerator overnight.

8Cook at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until puffed and browned.
