  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 slices bread, chunked
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 lb. hot bulk sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
  • 4 oz. mushrooms (optional)

Directions

    Beat eggs, milk and mustard together.

    Add bread; mix.

    Add the rest of the ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Pour into a greased 8 x 12-inch glass baking dish.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake 45 minutes at 350°.
