Ingredients
- 4 c. cubed bread (French is best)
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 2 c. egg substitute
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- black pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb. bacon or sausage
- 4 to 5 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 2 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and arrange bread cubes along bottom. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

2Mix egg substitute, eggs, milk, mustard, Worcestershire and pepper.

3Pour evenly over bread. Sprinkle with bacon or sausage chunks, onions, mushrooms and tomato.

4Cover and chill for 12 to 24 hours.

5Heat oven to 325° and bake for 1 hour or until set.
