- 8 slices bread
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 c. milk
- 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. ground or cubed ham
Directions

1Tear bread into pieces and place in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Dot with butter.

2Cover with cheese and ham.

3Mix all other ingredients thoroughly.

4Pour over bread, cheese and ham.

5Let set overnight or 8 hours in refrigerator.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife test in center comes out clean.

7Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
