  • 8 slices bread
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. ground or cubed ham

Directions

    Tear bread into pieces and place in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Dot with butter.

    Cover with cheese and ham.

    Mix all other ingredients thoroughly.

    Pour over bread, cheese and ham.

    Let set overnight or 8 hours in refrigerator.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife test in center comes out clean.

    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
