- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 4 slices bread, cubed
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
Directions

1Beat eggs and milk together.

2Combine dry mustard, salt and pepper.

3Add to egg and milk mixture.

4Line bottom of a 13 x 9-inch dish with bread.

5Cover with sausage.

6Pour egg mixture over sausage.

7Top with grated cheese.

8Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

9Can freeze up to 6 weeks.
