- 1 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Trim crust from loaf bread and lay in 9 x 12-inch pan.

2Brown and drain sausage and sprinkle over bread.

3Mix eggs, milk, salt and shredded cheese.

4Pour over bread and sausage.

5Let set overnight in refrigerator.

6Bake at 325° for about 1 hour.
