- 2 c. cheese, grated
- 2 lb. sausage, scrambled and drained
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Place croutons on bottom of baking dish; top with cheese.

2Add drained, scrambled sausage.

3Mix eggs, mustard and 2 1/2 cups milk; pour over sausage.

4Let set overnight in fridge.
