- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 6 slices bread (crust removed), butter one side
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 lb. bulk mild sausage
- 1 c. packed grated sharp cheese
Directions

1Make night before.

2Grease 9 x 13-inch dish.

3Brown sausage and drain.

4Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard.

5Lay bread down in dish. Put sausage over, then cheese and pour egg mixture over.

6Put in refrigerator overnight.

7Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.

8Yields 6 servings.
