  • 1 lb. sausage, crumbled and browned
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 slices bread, buttered and cubed

Directions

    Place bread in bottom of buttered, 8-inch square casserole. Put browned sausage on top of bread.

    Add cheese.

    Beat eggs; mix with milk, salt and mustard.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
