  • 1 lb. Owens sausage, fried and drained
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 slices bread, crumbled
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

    In greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch casserole, place the sausage on bottom with the rest of the ingredients on top.

    Cover with Handi-Wrap and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake for about 45 minutes at 350°.
