- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 c. milk
- bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook and crumble the sausage.

2Use 13 x 19-inch baking dish. Make first layer crumbs, second layer sausage and third layer cheese.

3Then alternate layers.

4Beat eggs, salt, pepper and mustard and blend with milk.

5Pour mixture over the layered casserole.

6Cover and refrigerate overnight.

7Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.

8Before serving, cut into squares.

9Yields 12 servings.
