- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. milk
- dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
Directions

1Crumble sausage in a skillet and cook over medium heat until brown.

3Spread bread cubes in a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Top with sausage and cheese.

5Combine eggs, milk and seasonings; beat and pour over sausage.

6Cover and refrigerate overnight.

7Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes, until set.
