- 4 slices bread
- 1 lb. sausage (optional, 1/2 sausage and 1/2 hamburger)
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 small onion, minced (optional)
Directions

1Brown and crumble sausage with onion.

2Drain.

3Spoon sausage into a large greased casserole dish.

4Tear bread in small pieces and place on top of sausage.

5Beat eggs and milk in blender and pour over sausage and bread.

6Sprinkle with salt and pepper; put grated cheese on top.

7Refrigerate overnight.

8Next morning, bake for 45 minutes at 350°.

9Cut into squares and serve.
