- 1 lb. sausage, crumbled and fried
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 6 slices white bread
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Combine eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Set aside. Remove crust from bread and tear into pieces.

2Place half of torn bread in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Put 1/2 of the drained sausage over bread, then 1/2 of cheese.

3Repeat layers. Pour egg-milk mixture over all.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Place on baking sheet in 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
