- 1 lb. thin sliced ham
- 1 lb. thick sliced Swiss cheese
- 9 eggs
- 3/4 c. canned evaporated milk
- salt
- pepper
- chives
- cornflakes
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
Directions

1Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Layer bottom with white bread (9 slices, no crust) that have been buttered on both sides.

3Cover bread with thin sliced ham.

4Sprinkle with salt, pepper and chives.
