- 2 lb. sausage
- 8 eggs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste (put on before cheese)
Directions

1Grease pan.

2Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with bread crumbs.

3Brown sausage; drain and spread over bread.

5Add soup, milk and seasoning.
