  • 8 to 10 slices bread, crumbled
  • 2 lb. sausage
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste (put on before cheese)

    Grease pan.

    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with bread crumbs.

    Brown sausage; drain and spread over bread.

    Beat eggs.

    Add soup, milk and seasoning.
