  • 6 slices white bread with crust cut off
  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with butter. Place bread in bottom of dish. Cover with a layer of sausage and a layer of cheese. Beat eggs, milk and salt together and pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next day, uncover and bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
