Ingredients
- 6 slices white bread, crusts trimmed and cut into cubes
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
- fresh broccoli, cut into small pieces
- fresh cauliflower, cut into small pieces
- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Place bread, cheese, broccoli, cauliflower and ham (if desired) into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

2In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together until blended.

3Pour mixture over ingredients in pan. Spoon soup over top of ingredients and spread it so that it covers them.

4Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

5The next morning, uncover and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

6Serve with breads and fruit.

7Great for breakfast and brunch guests.
