  • 1 box seasoned croutons
  • 1 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • onions to taste
  • green peppers to taste

Directions

    Spread croutons on bottom of cake pan.

    Top with cooked sausage and then 3/4 cup cheese.

    Mix eggs, soup, milk, onions and green peppers.

    Pour over croutons, sausage and cheese.

    Top with remaining cheese.

    Bake at 325° for 45 to 60 minutes. (Refrigerate overnight and cook next morning.)
