- 6 eggs
- 2 c. half and half
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. instant minced onion
- 3 slices day old bread, cubed
- 1 lb. sausage (regular or hot)
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Make this recipe the night before.

2Fry sausage and drain off grease.

3Combine eggs, salt, mustard and onion; beat well.

4Add half and half.

5Grease a 9 x 13-inch glass pan and line with bread cubes.

6Sprinkle sausage and cheese on top.

7Pour egg mixture over all.

8Refrigerate overnight.

9Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
