  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 10 to 12 slices bread
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • milk

Directions

    Fry bacon and sausage well; drain grease and crumble.

    In a large bowl, crack eggs and beat.

    Stir in cheeses, salt, pepper, bacon and sausage.

    Crumble bread and stir into mixture.

    Pour into greased baking pan.

    Add enough milk to make soupy and stir through mixture.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour, until firm and cooked away from sides.
