- 1 doz. eggs
- 10 to 12 slices bread
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- milk
Directions

1Fry bacon and sausage well; drain grease and crumble.

2In a large bowl, crack eggs and beat.

3Stir in cheeses, salt, pepper, bacon and sausage.

4Crumble bread and stir into mixture.

5Pour into greased baking pan.

6Add enough milk to make soupy and stir through mixture.

7Refrigerate overnight.

8Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour, until firm and cooked away from sides.
