- 1 1/2 lb. sausage
- 6 slices light bread
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain.

2Butter light bread on both sides and line bottom of casserole dish.

3Beat eggs and milk.

4Sprinkle sausage over bread.

5Pour egg mixture over sausage and bread. Spread cheese over this and refrigerate overnight.

6Bake 35 minutes in 350° oven.

7Can be frozen unbaked for up to 2 months.
