- 1 pkg. hash brown potatoes O'Brien (frozen)
- 1 lb. loose sausage
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces (optional)
- 1 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 to 8 eggs
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. milk
Directions

1Cook potatoes as directed.

2Brown sausage and drain well. Layer potatoes, mushrooms, sausage and cheese in 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat eggs and pour over mixture.

3Bake 35 minutes at 350°.
