  • 1 pkg. hash brown potatoes O'Brien (frozen)
  • 1 lb. loose sausage
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces (optional)
  • 1 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 to 8 eggs
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Cook potatoes as directed.

    Brown sausage and drain well. Layer potatoes, mushrooms, sausage and cheese in 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat eggs and pour over mixture.

    Bake 35 minutes at 350°.

    Will serve 12 to 15 people.
