Ingredients

  • 1/2 c flax seeds
  • 1 1/4 c rye flakes
  • 1 1/4 c wheat flakes
  • 7 c thick rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 c soy nuts
  • 2 1/2 c shredded coconut
  • 1 1/4 sunflower seeds
  • 1 c sesame seeds
  • 1 1/4 c whole almonds (see note)
  • 1 c canola oil (I use 1 1/4)
  • 1 c honey (I use 1 1/4)
  • 2 c diced, dried apple pieces
  • 1 1/4 raisins
  • 1 1/4 c dried apricots
  • 1 1/4 currents or cranberries
