- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. thawed shredded hash browns
- 1/2 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 to 6 eggs, beaten with 1/3 c. milk
Directions

1Press crescent rolls into a pan.

2Cook sausage and drain. Sprinkle over rolls.

3Sprinkle hash browns over sausage, then top with Cheddar cheese.

4Pour egg mixture over cheese and bake for 30 minutes in an 350° oven.
