  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. thawed shredded hash browns
  • 1/2 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 5 to 6 eggs, beaten with 1/3 c. milk

Directions

    Press crescent rolls into a pan.

    Cook sausage and drain. Sprinkle over rolls.

    Sprinkle hash browns over sausage, then top with Cheddar cheese.

    Pour egg mixture over cheese and bake for 30 minutes in an 350° oven.
