- white bread
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. Colby or Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 to 6 eggs
- 2 c. half and half
Directions

1Butter a 10 x 13-inch casserole dish.

2Cover the bottom of dish with bread (remove the crust).

3Cook and drain sausage. Sprinkle over bread.

4Cover with cheese.

5Mix eggs with half and half (salt and pepper to taste).

6Pour over cheese.

7Refrigerate overnight.

8Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
