- 8 slices bread
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 c. sharp cheese
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. regular mustard
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Break bread into small pieces.

2Line bottom of an oiled 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Sprinkle sausage over bread; add cheeses.

4Combine both milks with eggs; stir in seasonings and pour over the sausage mixture.

5Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

6Bring to almost room temperature and bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
