- 6 slices bread (any kind)
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

3Tear up the slices of bread and place in baking dish. Fry bacon until crisp, drain, crumble and sprinkle over the bread. Sprinkle with the cheese.

4Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.

5Pour egg mixture over mixture in baking dish.

6Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

7Excellent served with fried potatoes and English muffins for brunch, lunch or dinner!
