  • 1 lb. bacon, sausage or ham
  • 10 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 4 slices fresh bread, broken up
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cook meat and drain.

    Beat eggs, salt, dry mustard and milk. Layer bread, meat and cheese in 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased.

    Pour egg mixture over top.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake next morning at 350° for 45 minutes.

    This recipe can easily be cut in half to serve fewer people.
