Ingredients

  • 3 c. French bread, cubed
  • 3 c. cooked ham, cubed
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    In a large bowl, mix bread, ham, cheese, flour and mustard. Pour this mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Beat eggs until foamy.

    Add margarine and milk.

    Beat again.

    Pour this mixture over the first mixture.

    Cover and chill overnight or at least 4 hours. Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour or so.
