- 9 to 12 slices bread (remove crusts)
- 6 whole eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
Directions

1Line large casserole or roasting pan with bread.

2Slightly beat eggs and combine with milk.

3Pour over bread.

4Mix cheese and bacon together and put on top of egg mixture.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

6Prepare the night before and put in oven upon rising.
