- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. sausage
- 10 to 12 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- bread slice (white or wheat)
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown and drain sausage.

2Grease 8 x 12-inch pan.

3Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

4Line bottom with bread (cut off crust). Place sausage on bread.

5Pour egg mixture on sausage.

6Place cheese on egg mixture.

7Place in refrigerator overnight.

8Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
