  • 2 1/2 c. cheese or favorite croutons
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage, sauteed and grease drained
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Place croutons in baking dish.

    Top with 1/2 cheese.

    Top with cooked sausage and remaining portion of cheese.

    Beat eggs.

    Add 2 1/4 cups milk and mustard.

    Pour this mixture over layered ingredients.

    Refrigerate overnight.
