- 6 c. cooked rice
- 1 lb. sausage, browned
- 1 onion, chopped and sauteed
- mushrooms, sliced and sauteed (if desired)
- 16 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 6 large eggs
Directions

1In a large casserole dish, layer cooked rice, then sausage and onions, then mushrooms.

2Cover with grated cheese.

3Mix soup and eggs in bowl and pour over layered ingredients.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
