  • 7 slices bread
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)
  • 1 lb. cooked sausage, crumbled, or cubed ham
  • 10 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • dash of garlic powder
  • dash of minced onion
  • dash of salt and pepper

Directions

    Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam.

    Line pan with bread.

    Add meat and cheese (in layers).

    Mix eggs, milk and remaining ingredients in separate bowl; pour over mixture.

    Cover with more cheese (if desired).

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. (Can be prepared the night before.)
