- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)
- 1 lb. cooked sausage, crumbled, or cubed ham
- 10 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of garlic powder
- dash of minced onion
- dash of salt and pepper
Directions

1Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam.

2Line pan with bread.

3Add meat and cheese (in layers).

4Mix eggs, milk and remaining ingredients in separate bowl; pour over mixture.

5Cover with more cheese (if desired).

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. (Can be prepared the night before.)
