  • 1 doz. eggs, mixed in large bowl
  • 1/2 c. onions, grated
  • 3/4 c. mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can green chilies, diced

Directions

    Mix eggs, onions and mushrooms; put in an 11 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Heat soup and pour over top.

    Sprinkle grated cheese over mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
