  • 4 c. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 lb. shaved ham
  • 3 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 4 to 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Grease a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.

    Spread thawed hash browns in bottom of dish.

    Salt and pepper.

    Put ham on top of potatoes.

    Dot oleo on top of ham and potatoes.

    Sprinkle cheese on top.

    Beat eggs with milk and pour over top.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
