- 3/4 lb. shaved ham
- 3 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 4 to 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.

2Spread thawed hash browns in bottom of dish.

3Salt and pepper.

4Put ham on top of potatoes.

5Dot oleo on top of ham and potatoes.

6Sprinkle cheese on top.

7Beat eggs with milk and pour over top.

8Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
