- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 8 oz. can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 c. grated Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese (I use 1 c. each)
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Crumble sausage into a skillet and cook until brown. Drain well.

3Line bottom of a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish with crescent rolls, pressing edges together to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.

4Beat remaining ingredients together well and pour over sausage and cheese.

5Bake at 425° for 20 to 30 minutes or until set.

6Let stand about 10 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.

7Serves 6 to 8.
