- 1 lb. mild sausage or bacon
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook sausage until brown and crumbly; drain well.

2Line bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with crescent rolls.

3Press seams together.

4Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.

5Combine rest of ingredients; beat well.

6Pour over sausage.

7Bake in a 425° oven for 15 minutes or until set.

8(Can let stand overnight in the refrigerator, then add combined mixture and bake for 25 minutes.) Let set 5 minutes.

9Cut and serve.
