- 4 slices bread
- 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. loose sausage
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Tear up 4 slices of bread.

2Place in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

3Brown and drain 1 pound sausage.

4Spoon sausage over bread.

5Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese over sausage.

6Beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper.

7Pour over cheese, sausage and bread.

8Cover and refrigerate overnight.

9Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

10Other meats can be used (bacon, ham and hamburg).
