- 1 lb. sausage
- 8 eggs
- 8 slices bread
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown sausage; pour off fat.

2Beat eggs; add cheese, milk, mustard and salt.

3Break bread into pieces or cut into cubes.

4Put in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with sausage.

5Pour milk-egg mixture over bread and meat.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7Bake in preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes.
