  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 slices bread
  • 2 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown sausage; pour off fat.

    Beat eggs; add cheese, milk, mustard and salt.

    Break bread into pieces or cut into cubes.

    Put in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with sausage.

    Pour milk-egg mixture over bread and meat.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake in preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes.
