- 1 lb. pkg. Webers sausage, fried and drained
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 12 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 lb. bacon (crisp)
- 8 large eggs
- 1 qt. milk
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- Worcestershire to taste
Directions

1Butter 11 x 14-inch pan.

2Put half the bread cubes in bottom. Add half the cheese, then sausage, mixed with crumbled bacon.

3Add remaining bread and cheese.

4Beat eggs; add milk, salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

5Pour over other ingredients. Refrigerate for 24 hours.

6Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until brown and done.

7May be prepared ahead of time and frozen.
