  • 1 lb. pkg. Webers sausage, fried and drained
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 12 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1 lb. bacon (crisp)
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 qt. milk
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • Worcestershire to taste

Directions

    Butter 11 x 14-inch pan.

    Put half the bread cubes in bottom. Add half the cheese, then sausage, mixed with crumbled bacon.

    Add remaining bread and cheese.

    Beat eggs; add milk, salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

    Pour over other ingredients. Refrigerate for 24 hours.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until brown and done.

    May be prepared ahead of time and frozen.
